Whiten Eyes, Lashes N Blush [PStutorial]

Another simple quick tutorial. This is to whiten the eyes, add eyelashes and add blush. I did this really quickly so if you think it doesnt look that great, please forgive me. It takes a lot of time especially when u are trying to draw the lashes and MAKE them seem "real" instead of "drawn" ... It would be easier and more accurate if u have the tablet (the pen mouse thingy). And the more effort and time you put into editing your pictures, the better they will look. This tutorial should serve as a basic technique that you can refine.

Open the picture that you would like to edit. Click ctrl + j to duplicate layer.

Choose the dodge tool which looks like a pin.

Enlarge the pic as big as possible. Click and HOLD the left mouse button and go over the whites of your eyes. Do not go over the same spot more than twice or you'll have unnatural white patches... please note: only let go of the left button of your mouse when you are done or satisfied with what you have done.

Should look like this when you are done. Click ctrl + shift + e to combine all loose layers.

Click ctrl +j to duplicate layer. Use the brush tool and choose the smallest size round brush. Change opacity to about 80% - 90% and flow to 30% or below. Draw your lashes as "natural" looking as possible. Or just lengthen the lashes that you can already see in the original picture.

This should be roughly how it looks like after. Like I said earlier, it could be better. Click ctrl + shift + e to combine all loose layers.

Click ctrl +j to duplicate layer. Use the brush tool and choose the soft round brush. Toggle the size to fit ur face. Change opacity to about 20% to 30% and flow to 100%. Draw your blush as "natural" looking as possible. We don't want any babboon asses here.

Here you see that the "blush" has gone out of your face border and onto the background. Don't worry, we can fix that. This is why it is SUPER important to always duplicate the layer. So if you make a huge boo-boo, u can just delete that duplicate layer and it wont effect the original picture at all. In this case, we can erase the pink on the background with the eraser tool.

Erase off all the pink on the background. Click ctrl + shift + e to combine all loose layers.

Ta dah! Done.
